Privacy Policy
Last updated: [DATE]
This policy explains what we do with information you give us through this website. It covers lavenzacx.com only. It does not cover how we handle your customers' data when we deliver services to you — that is set out in the agreement and any data processing terms we sign with you as a client.
Who we are
[REGISTERED COMPANY NAME], trading as Lavenza CX, of [REGISTERED ADDRESS, DELHI, INDIA]. For any privacy question, contact us at lavenzacx@gmail.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form on this site:
- Your name and company
- Your work email address
- Your country
- The type of support and team size you indicated
- Whatever you wrote in the requirements field
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party marketing trackers on this site. The coverage planner runs entirely in your browser; the selections you make there are not sent anywhere unless you press the button that copies them into the contact form and you then submit it.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal, and to keep a record of business correspondence. We rely on your consent and on our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Where it goes
Enquiries reach us by email and are stored in our email system, [EMAIL PROVIDER, e.g. Google Workspace], which may store data on servers outside your country. [IF YOU ADD A FORM BACKEND OR CRM, NAME IT HERE.] We do not transfer enquiry data to any other third party.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for [RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. 24 months] from our last contact with you, then delete it, unless you become a client — in which case our client agreement governs retention.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to object to how we use it, or to withdraw consent. Email us and we will act on it within [TIMEFRAME, e.g. 30 days] at no charge.
If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority. If you are in California, you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and the right to delete; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined there.
Security
Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to respond to you. We describe our wider operational security practices on the security section of our home page.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
